Mediatek products ROM flashing guide Requirement • PC with Windows XP or Windows 7. Windows 8 and Windows 10 are stable. Vista is forbidden. • On your PC, download and install the drivers adapted to your smartphone provided in the folder "Software". Restart your PC once installed. Check if the device is recognized by your computer once it is connected and switched on. • Activate debugging mode in your smartphone's settings. • Check that the battery is 100% charged. • Check that you've downloaded the right ROM. If you have a doubt, do not flash. Contact a Konrow's manager before any risky manipulation through the after-sales service. • Install the flash utility program provided in the folder "Software": SP Flash tool. Extract the folder. • Take your time, be patient, this operation is quick and easy but problems can occur with MTK Preloader VCOM drivers from Windows if you do it too fast. • Save all your information, your device will be reset. • USB cable connected to available USB port. • Unzipper software such as 7zip for example. Technique Prepare your device. Switch off it, remove battery. Connect it to your PC via USB. Put it face down and protect the scren with a rag for example. Put the battery next to you, you will use it later. Once your smartphone is connected, the pilot is installed on your PC. Check in Windows' "Device Manager" that there is no yellow exclamation mark next to the name of teh driver. If so, do not continue, uninstall and reinstall the pilot. Cleaning up the ports with USBDeview can resolve a conflict that can occurs due to a previous version of MTK driver. If everything is ok, you can continue
